anchors away

here's my plan: instead of doing one of those boring "101 things about me" entries all in one sitting, i'm gonna add in a random fact about me in my entries from time to time. besides taking forever to type out, i think it'd be hard to come up w/ 101 things all at once. besides, who cares? probably no one.

anyway today's random fact:

way back about 11 or 12 yrs. ago when i was looking at colleges to apply to, i actually considered applying to this institution ! pretty hard to believe now, looking at where i am...and a real big contrast to the the path i actually took. i think a *lot* of people would be surprised and would never have guessed. only a couple of people know this about me.
