july 4th; lemon fotolog
tomorrow's plan: beer, a backyard cookout (lots of corn on the cob), watermelon, fresh-squeezed lemonade, fireworks, and of course, being lazy and lounging around. provided that tropical storm bill goes away. whenever storms come ashore in the gulf, guess who gets all the rain? grrr. but enough griping about the weather...
ooh, the lemons sitting in a basket on my kitchen counter are so pretty! in fact, they'd be a great fotolog shot. lots of people have fotologs and i'm thinking about it but can't decide if it's worth it or not, you know? they're such open-books, and we know how intent i've been on maintining some level of privacy online. besides, what username would i want? i also don't own a digital camera--just one that i permanently borrowed from my parents after buying it for them last christmas! i have some older digital photos that would be good on fotolog, though. we'll see.
