NEW ADVENTURE: right now, i'm debating whether or not to try bikram yoga.
i've been doing yoga since 1997, but have yet to try bikram, or "hot yoga". a girl i used to work with swears by it and keeps telling me to come drop in on her yoga class one day.
so far, i've been evasive, and keep saying "maybe next week"....and that i have "other plans", etc. but she's persistent and keeps telling me it's the best. i'm not so sure. i heard bikram yoga isn't recommended for anyone with chronic health problems.
i'm undecided. i'm open-minded enough to try a lot of things at least once, to say i've done it. having said that, i'm definitely not a dare-devil and not ready to kill myself doing bikram.
