sick night...

i've been in bed most of this afternoon. i got sick last night. i started to feel bad as yesterday went on, but thought it would go away if i got some sleep. nope. i tossed and turned and finally fell asleep. but in the middle of the night i woke up in a cold sweat and knew i was going to be sick. i barely made it to the sink in my bathroom. it was really awful. so today i've been trying to replace all the electrolytes i lost b/c it all left me pretty dehydrated.
