oh no! i just found out luther vandross died. that makes me sad.

uh, i logged online to do an update but maybe i'll do that later. oh man...i'm totally bummed. i mean, i knew he'd had a stroke a year or two ago (?), but i didn't know how bad off he remained. early last spring, i heard his mother, mary ida vandross, talk about her son's stroke on the tavis smiley show on NPR. RIP luther. your smooth jazz R & B jams will live on.
