i had the most horrible experience with bikram yoga this weekend and i'm still recovering from the experience. i'm too tired to go into depth so stay tuned for an entry later on sometime.

for now, just trust me on the bikram.

i couldn't even update yesterday (sunday). i was too tired to lift a finger. it was like i was flattened by a huge truck and i felt sick. every time i logged on and tried to update or read people's diaries, i got too dizzy and couldn't look at the screen.
